 A Belief

This time I am afraid.
I didn't text you,
Though I had-
A parade of words too.

Isn't your fault really.
It is a consequence
When I failed to accept-
The halts really.

The last time,
I had given more.
Then what was asked for.
And apparently:
I was underestimated more-
Than I could hope for.

So fear stays,
That you too may leave.
Because every ending-
Begins with a belief.
