The Greatness of Gratefulness

Image
I had been so enchanted by the idea of the cosmic numbers that every time I would see 11:11, I would start uttering all the nicest things I have been waiting, working and praying for. You know right? The idea of 11:11 and 3:33- the magical numbers that are a sign that the Universe is listening to you. Now, suppose each time your boyfriend or girlfriend comes to meet you, they start telling you about all the ‘pending things’ that you are supposed to bring them. No appreciation for the ice-cream the other day, no thank you for the happy cinema date, no kisses for the love you keep giving them- no, nothing. That One Open Door, God has Opened For You

A year ago, my mother had thrashed me well and got me admitted into RICE Education. I kept telling my mother, Government jobs are not my thing. But once I got into the competitive preparations, my viewpoint changed. I won’t deny, that Government jobs are still not my A-priority, but my English teacher from the company told me, that “the job will act as the pillar for your future endeavours . Honestly sharing, I used to feel retarded among all those enlightened beings around me. So alert. So dedicated, so completely into cracking those exams. They even knew which state had how many vacant seats! I was like, “ beta, yahan tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta”. When I had first set fo...

The Struggle Folklore

And to soar a little extra, it's obvious that you have a to plan up, and pull up your socks a little extra. Of course!! But, does that mean not to live your today , because you want to create a tomorrow ?  And then, tell people how pitiful your past was! While building and crafting our future, we often get too exasperated and end up spoiling the NOW. We are too, too busy into the HOW, WHEN, SOONER, POSITIVITY, blah blah blah!!! We forget: life is a journey, not a destination. It is not so, that unless you get successful, the laws of nature will pause for you. You are not in hibernation and you are ageing! The laws of the universe keep moving forward and you too are always in motion. So the future that you have started running for, is there, somewhere. It'll come to you. But in that marathon, are you forg...
