Growing Up demands more Patience, Communication, Strength and Self-Belief
Growing up didn't bring Solitude, Pain, Anxiety and Suffocation along. I repeat.
Growing up didn't bring Solitude, Pain, Anxiety and Suffocation along. All it is, that we forgot to see, that growing up demanded more sincerity and patience. All your personal problems, career problems demand a better understanding and attention. Like the Charlie Puth's song-
"You just want attention,
You don't want my heart"
Growing Up just demands your attention. It doesn't want to fill sadness or darkness in your heart. It is only asking you to shift your attention, shift your perspective to building up solutions.
You will feel trapped physically when you are mentally stuck into an emotion. You need to free yourself from that. Growing up means growing your strength.
You will feel entangled into your environment when you feel stuck into your life's situation. You need to build your path yourself. Growing up demands growing more your self dependence.
You will feel lost and despaired when you can't easily reach out to friends and family. When they seem to not understand your mindscape. You need to find connection of your words and actions. Growing up means growing your communication.
You just can't keep blaming others for the disastrous decisions you keep taking against yourself. But that doesn't imply cutting off people from your reach. You need to improve your self, and trust the right kind of people. You cannot choose not to trust the ones who love you because you have trusted the bad guys before. Growing up gives you chance of seeing it through a better vision and grow your self worth and trusting ability.
No one is the Villain of your life. And growing up introduces us to this truth in a harsh kind of a way. Without buttering or sugar coating. Growing Up introduces you to a world where 'needing people' and 'not needing people' is a matter of choice and not fate.
Growing Up just demands more patience, more communication, more strength and more self-belief.
So let's just sing,
